1. General Provisions
1.2 The Information on Users is divided into personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable Information depending on whether Information can identify the User as a specific person.
1.3 For Users residing in the EU, Everdragons, has a position of a ‘controller’ as defined in EU GDPR and he shall be responsible for, and be able to demonstrate compliance with, the principles relating to processing of personal data. We can be contacted by sending an E-mail to email@example.com.
2. Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
2.1 We do not collect any personally identifiable information as a requirement to use our Services. You may provide your e-mail address and opt-in to receive promotional e-mails from us. During the course of your use of the Services you may choose to volunteer some personal information to us.
2.2 We may keep records of any questions, complaints or compliments made by you and the response if any. Whenever you contact us, we shall collect your e-mail address, name and any other information which you chose to provide. We shall store and use your name, e-mail address and other information you provide only for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and we will remove such Information from our servers as soon as the inquiry is resolved. Information contained within the inquiry, free from any personally identifiable Information, will be stored on our servers for the purpose of improving our Site and Services and providing the best customer support possible.
2.3 We may contact you using the available contact information provided by you, for any matters relating to the Site or compliance with our Agreement, Policies or applicable laws and regulations (Service e-mails). These e-mails do not constitute “unsolicited commercial e-mail advertisements” and you are not able to opt-out of receiving them. We may also inform you through e-mail about content, promotions, special offers and or other topics of interest related to Everdragons and our affiliates (Promotional e-mails). You may choose to stop receiving these promotional e-mails at any time by following the instructions contained in Promotional e-mails.
2.5 We have implemented security procedures and measures in order to ensure appropriate protection of the Information we process, against any misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification. We will remove any Information about you upon your request no later than twenty four (24) hours after the request has been made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2.6 We acknowledge that the safety of your Information is one of the highest priorities and therefore only authorized processors have access to your information. Although we take all appropriate measures in respect to keeping your information secure, you understand that no data security measures in the world can offer 100% protection. If we ever find or suspect a personal data breach we will without delay, within seventy-two (72) hours after becoming aware of it, notify the appropriate supervisory authority and Users about the breach.
2.7 The processing of the information is being performed automatically, without human intervention.
2.8 Users may request access to, modification and erasure of personal Information and the exercise of the right to object. Such requests are submitted to email@example.com.

4. Storage and Transfer of Information
4.1 Information will be stored on secure servers hosted by SendinBlue, registry no. 498 019 298 and whose registered office is located at 47, rue de la Chaussée d'Antin, 75009 Paris (SendinBlue). Hosted servers are controlled and maintained in accordance with sufficient privacy safeguards. SendinBlue may store or transfer Information to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries which European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that such countries implement appropriate and suitable safeguards regarding the security of personal information.
5. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
5.1 Users located in the EU may without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, lodge a complaint with supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of his or her habitual residence or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes the GDPR.
6.2 You may withdraw your consent by informing us through e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org in which case your account and all Information will be deleted automatically.
